House panel holds hearing on Home Affairs in Guwahati city

GUWAHATI: The hearing of the Department Related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Home Affairs on the Constitution (One Hundred and Twenty Fifth Amendment) Bill, 2019 was held in Guwahati today. The committee, headed by RS MP Anand Sarma, heard views and suggestions of various tribal organizations and other stakeholders of Assam, Mizoram and Tripura. The committee heard the views of Kumar Sanjay Krishna, Chief Secretary, Assam and others.
