HSLC exams: Students bring laurels to Shishu Niketan, Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The students of Shishu Niketan High School, Guwahati who had appeared for the HSLC exams from have secured overwhelming results with 100 per cent success rate.

As many as 69 students from the school appeared in the exams. Out of the total students, 13 have achieved distinction marks whereas 32 students secured Star marks. According to reports, three students of the school achieved the State highest 100 marks in the Advance Maths subject and 2 students scored 100 Marks in Maths subject. Before this year, the school had achieved 100 per cent success rate in the HSLC Exam in 1992 when the first batch of the school appeared for the Board Exam. The Headmistress of the School Reena Bhowmick expressed joy over the performance of the students and congratulated them for their sincere efforts.
