Immediate Arrest For Disruptors of Peace As Section 144 Impose

GUWAHATI: Section 144 has been imposed in the city ahead of the PM Narendra Modi’s visit here in the city. The immediate arrest has been instructed if any discord, such as the burning of effigies is observed. The Director General of Police, Kuladhar Saikia, has urged all organizations to maintain peace. He added that the police will take lawful action against those violating the order.
