Indian People Theatre Association honours two with awards

GUWAHATI: On the occasion of the 106th Birth Anniversary of Hemanga Biswas, the Indian People Theatre Association has honoured two artists with the Memoriam Award at a press meet on Friday.

The recipients Dhaneswar Saikia is a Dhul ojah from Golaghat and Pokeswar Senapati is a Tiwa Geet Shilpi from Morigaon. Eminent personalities like Pormananda Majumdar, Lok Nath Goswami, Uday Aditya Bharali, etc were present during the occasion.
