ITBP Celebrates 144th Birth anniversary of Vallabh Bhai Patel as National Unity Day

GUWAHATI: 33RD BN, ITBP, Guwahati, celebrated 144th Birth anniversary of Ironman Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel as National Unity Day. On the occasion, under the leadership of RS Chandel, Commandant, 33rd Bn, a vast “March Past” and “Run for Unity” organized at Game Village area of Guwahati. Besides all officers, Subordinate officers and Jawans of 33rd Bn, members of Game village Society, NSG Commando and Local Children were participated in this March Past” and “Run for Unity”. A group of one Subordinate Officer and 20 Jawans of 33rd Bn ITBP also took part in the Run for Unity organized by Govt. of Assam, which was flagged off by CM of Assam Sarbanand Sonowal.
