Jorabat Police confiscated cattle-laden truck

GUWAHATI: Jorabat Police intercepted a cattle-laden truck (AS01GC6729) at 14 Mile today. The truck was carrying ten cattle from Nagaon to Byrnihat. Police arrested one Anarul Haque, hailing from Juria, in this connection. The police also seized a Maruti XL-6 car (AS01EZ0355) that was helping the cattle-laden truck to sneak into Meghalaya.
