Jorabat Police seized truck with 50 cattle, one arrested

GUWAHATI: Jorabat Police seized a 14-wheeler truck (AS11AC4087) carrying 50 cattle today. According to police sources, one Rafiqul Islam of Moirabari was trying to smuggle 50 cattle from Nagaon to Byrnihat. The police arrested Rafiqul. The police found five of the cattle dead and six injured.
