Jyotishmita Baruah To Represent State In Miss India

GUWAHATI: With an aim to unearth the diamond and portray the woman of substance to the world, FBB Colors Femina Miss India 2019 held its state auditions here in the city on Sunday. In continuation with its tradition, this year, 19 year old Jyotishmita Baruah has been chosen to represent the state. Originally from Biswanath Chariali, she graduated from B Borooah College, Guwahati. She will be competing in the grand finale to be held in Mumbai on June 15, 2019.
