Kamal Kumar Medhi appointed as chairman of APCC's RTI department

GUWAHATI: All India Congress Committee's (AICC) Legal, Human Rights and the RTI department chairman Vivek Tankha, a Rajya Sabha MP, has appointed Kamal Kumar Medhi as the chairman of APCC's (Assam Pradesh Congress Committee) RTI department.
