Kamrul new Yuva Congress president

GUWAHATI, June 27: Kamrul Islam Choudhary has been elected as the new Yuva Congress President. Choudhary was declared elected as the president of the youth wing of the opposition party on Wednesday at Rajiv Bhawan, Guwahati. However, the announcement of the election result was followed by a heated argument among different factions of the wing which resulted in physical assault on each other. Apparently, Para Military forces were engaged to take control of the situation.
