Guwahati: The Kamrup District Administration has issued a fresh order on Friday, wherein the administration has instructed the closure of all the picnic spots in the district and it will come into effect from today itself i.e. January 21 onwards.

The district administration has passed this order due to a lack of adherence to COVID-19 protocols by the picnic parties. It has been found that a lot of people failed to comply with the COVID-19 related guidelines in the picnic spots.
