KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi sent to 14-day judicial custody | 27 Dec, 2019

GUWAHATI: NIA (National Investigation Agency) Special Court, Guwahati sent KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi to 14-day judicial custody on Thursday. He was produced before the court on termination of the NIA custody.

Meanwhile, a team of the NIA searched the residence of Akhil Gogoi at Chadmari here and the KMSS office at Gandhibasti in the city on Thursday. In another case, Bir Lachit Xena leader Shrinkhal Chaliha was sent to two-day CID remand by the CJM Court on Thursday.
