Another change that has been incorporated in his order on Sunday by the Chief Secretary is 'wholesalers of grocery items are allowed to replenish stocks of retailers on Sunday and Tuesday between 12 noon and 6 pm'. All these activities are allowed between July 5 and 12. The Chief Secretary, however, made it clear that no road-side vending of fruit, vegetable and fish would be allowed.
