Leakage in Guwahati Refinery wastage pipeline to Brahmaputra

GUWAHATI: A pipeline that carries the Guwahati Refinery's wastage to the Brahmaputra started leaking on Monday night. According to a police source, the leakage has occurred near the Brahmaputra Workshop at Gorchuk. A team from the Guwahati Refinery inspected the area and assured that the leakage does not pose any threat, said the source. The team said that the leakage will be fixed by Wednesday, added the source.
