Lions Club of Gauhati installed New Board of Directors

GUWAHATI: The newly-elected 51st Board of Directors (2020-21)of the Lions Club of Gauhati was virtually installed through Zoom Webinar on recently by the Past International Director Lion GS Hora as Installation Officer & Lion Sudhir Choudhary, District Governor, 322G as the chief guest of the programme. The New Board was installed under the leadership of Lion Kishore Saboo as president, Lion Dilip Saraf as secretary and Lion Rajesh Burakia as treasurer for the Lionistic Year 2020-21.

In his inaugural address, newly installed president of Lions Club of Gauhati (2020-21) Lion Kishore Saboo thanked the members for their overwhelming support and bestowing the responsibility on him to lead the largest Club of the District 322G having more than 250 members. He highlighted the quote of Sir Henry Ford "Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress and working together is success". He emphasized the need of having positive mindset to develop the community. According to him, the spirit of unity, brotherhood & services would take this organization to a greater height.
