Major Reshuffle in Assam Police, 193 Inspector Level Officers Transferred

GUWAHATI: In a major reshuffle of the Assam Police, as many as 193 Inspector level officers have been transferred.

Under Guwahati Police Commissionerate, most of the OCs (officers in charge) has been transferred.

The reshuffle under the Guwahati Police Commissionerate is as follows —

Mangaldai Police Station (PS) OC Dina Bandhu Bhuyan has been transferred to Basistha PS. Partha Pratim Gogoi, OC of Basistha PS has been transferred to Dhubri PS. Margherita PS OC Utpal Borah has been transferred to Hatigaon PS.

Dhudhnoi PS OC Mukut Kakoti has been transferred to Dispur PS. He will be taking charge from Prafulla Kumar Das who has been transferred to CI Chapar, Dhubri.

Dibrugarh Traffic Inspector Dipjyoti Dadhara has been transferred to Bhangagarh PS. South Salmara PS OC Atul Ch. Ray Pradhani has been transferred as Traffic Inspector, Dispur. Runikhata CI Rustom Raj Brahma has been transferred to Panbazar PS. Sonari PS OC Dipanta Phukan has been transferred to Paltan Bazar PS. Similarly, Paltan Bazar PS OC Iswar Singh has been transferred to CI Sootea.

Bihpuria OC Nitul Das has been transferred to Latasil PS. Tinkumoni Bordoloi from CID has been transferred to Chandmari PS. Goalpara OC Aditya Prakash Deori has been transferred to Geetanagar PS. Dergaon CI Prasanta Borah has been transferred to Noonmati PS.

Jorhat PS OC Pranjit Lahkar has been transferred to Satgaon PS. On the other hand, Satgaon PS OC Sunil Kalita has been transferred to CID, Assam.

Kokrajhar PS OC Dipak Saikia has been transferred as Traffic Inspector, Chandmari. Bongaigaon PS OC Jyoti Lahan has been transferred to Bharalumukh PS. Dhaligaon PS OC Prasenjit Das has been transferred to Gorchuk PS. Chabua CI Debajyoti Phukan has been transferred o Fatasil Ambari PS. Nalbari PS OC Tapan Ch. Kalita has been transferred to Azara PS. Jorhat Traffic Inspector Jibon Das has been transferred as Traffic Inspector, Jalukbari. Abhayapuri PS OC Binanda Basumatary has been transferred to Khetri PS. Chandmari PS OC Sanjib Kr. Das has been transferred to Bilashipara. Jalukbari PS OC Upen Kalita has been transferred to Bongaigaon PS. Geetanagar PS OC Moneswar Bey has been transferred to Kokrajhar PS. Gorchuk PS OC Niranjan Baruah has been transferred to Dhakuakhana. Bharalumukh PS OC Pranjal Baruah has been transferred to Tinsukia. Latasil PS OC Binoy Kalita has been transferred to Duliajan PS. Dispur Traffic Inspector Khagendra Nath Saikia has been transferred as OC of Nazira PS. Guwahati GRPS OC Mridul Borah has been transferred to Nagaon PS. Bijni PS OC Rupak Kr Bora has been transferred to Jalukbari PS.
