Man Held by GRP with Rs 21 lakh cash at Guwahati Railway Station

GUWAHATI: GRP personnel held a passenger of Rajdhani Express, Naresh Kumar (53) hailing from Haryana, and recovered Rs 21 lakh cash from his possession at Guwahati Railway Station on Wednesday. According to GRP sources, Naresh Kumar claimed to have an establishment for chicken feed at Amingaon in Guwahati, and he was bound for Haryana where the head office of the establishment is located. He was detained for travelling with such a huge amount. He will be handed over to the Income Tax sleuths on Thursday.
