The manpower planning has already been initiated keeping in mind the projected call flow. Associates are being trained to cope up with increased call flow and corresponding coordination with Operations team. Dynamic placement of ambulances is planned to reach faster and to act as a backup ambulance for the nearest two locations. Police officials and Hospital authorities are already kept informed about the various support functions required by the 108 Ambulance team during these days. On these festive days, all are requested to treat the 108 Mrityunjoy Ambulance team as their fellow brothers/sisters, as they will be on emergency duties while all of us will be on festive mood. People are requested to provide their cooperation to serve them better. In case of any suggestion or dissatisfaction, any person can call to ‘108’ instead of arguing or assaulting the staffs on duty.
