MV Act: City Traffic Police to Carry Swipe Machines to Collect Fine

GUWAHATI: The city traffic has innovated on amassing fines from rule breakers and will now carry swipe machines. Traffic rules have become stringent after the introduction of the MV Act and while many pay hefty sums for disregarding the rules, certain sly commuters would get away with the excuse of not carrying cash. To remedy the situation, the traffic police while now carry swipe machine so that the fines can be paid immediately without such excuses.
