Mysterious death at rehab centre in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: An incident of mysterious death was reported when an elderly woman, one Girija Medhi of Bijni, was hanging inside a room of a rehabilitation centre at Kharghuli here on Wednesday.

According to police sources, the rehabilitation centre authority cut the rope and lowered the body before the police arrived.
