National seminar on ‘Emergence of Bharat’ organizes in Dispur Law College

GUWAHATI: Heritage Foundation, in collaboration with Dispur Law College, is organizing a two-day national seminar on ‘Emergence of Bharat: Its Significance, Challenges, and Way Forward’ on February 2 and 3 in 2024 on the premises of Dispur Law College.

Being held in line with the glorious celebration of the 77th anniversary of the nation’s independence, the seminar is envisaged to achieve a holistic analysis of the significance carried forward by the emergence of the nation and its contributions as a member of the global community.

It also looks forward to examining the kinds of challenges dealt with in the nation-building process by adopting a visionary approach towards the future. The seminar will be multidisciplinary in orientation and welcome faculties, researchers, and students alike to join the enriching deliberations. Centred around as many as 20 relevant sub-themes, the scope of the seminar spans across disciplines such as history, law, political science, sociology, literature, media studies, environmental studies, etc. As per the organisers, the dates for submission of abstracts and full papers are on or before December 7 and December 31, respectively, stated a press release.
