Northeast Frontier Railway announces new experimental stoppages
GUWAHATI: The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has decided to provide stoppages of few trains at different stations on an experimental basis for a period of six months. These new experimental stoppages of different trains will help students, business fraternities, office goers and common people. It also fulfills long standing demands of people residing in these areas and people will be benefitted to a great extent.
According to a release, following are the names of the trains and stoppages:
Stoppage of Train No. 05463/05464 Balurghat – Siliguri Junction Special Express provided at Naksalbari Station w.e.f. 17-02-2021.
Stoppage of Train No. 03161/03162 Kolkata - Balurghat Special Express provided at Rampurbazar Station w.e.f. 15-02-2021.
Stoppage of Train No. 02345/02346 Howrah – Guwahati Special Express provided at Falakata Station w.e.f. 16-02-2021.
Stoppage of Train No. 03149/03150 Sealdah – Alipurduar Junction Special Express provided at Banarhat Station w.e.f. 15-02-2021.
Stoppage of Train No. 02611/02612 Chennai – New Jalpaiguri Special Express provided at Aluabari Road Station w.e.f. 19-02-2021.
Stoppage of Train No. 02377/02378 Sealdah – New Alipurduar Special Express provided at Dalkolha Station w.e.f. 15-02-2021.
Stoppage of Train No. 02377/02378 Sealdah – New Alipurduar Special Express provided at Samsi Station w.e.f. 16-02-2021.
Stoppage of Train No. 05955/05956 Kamakhya – Delhi Special Express provided at Samsi Station w.e.f. 17-02-2021.
