NRC Assam Row: BJP appeals to all to lodge objections against alleged inclusion of illegal foreigners

GUWAHATI: The State BJP on Monday appealed all the ethnic organizations and conscious citizens to lodge complaints against the alleged inclusion of illegal foreigners name in the final NRC. Talking to the reporters here on Monday, State BJP Spokesperson Rupam Goswami said, “Earlier, number of individuals and organizations of the State alleged that a sizable number of illegal foreign nationals’ names were included in the final NRC. However, ever since the claims and objections of the NRC exercise is being started, people are yet to turn to lodge complaints.”
