OBITUARY: Dr Jyotsna Bhattacharjee

Dr. Jyotsna Bhattacharjee former Head of the department Philosophy Cotton College, wife of Late Dr Golok Bhattacharjee left for her heavenly abode on 17 .05.2021 succumbing to Covid 19

She was born in 1932 in Jorhat and was the youngest daughter of eminent Lawyer Late Gunjanan Barua and Late Indu Barua

She was the founder of Angelica Higher Secondary School.

She regularly contributed Assam Tribune and Sentinel with articles and had penned down 4 novels

She is survived by her two sons and grandchildren.
