Obituary: Kusum Baishya

Kusum Baishya, social worker and member of Rehabari Mahila Samity, died in Guwahati on Thursday morning. She was 84 and was a resident of M. Ahmed Road, Rehabari. She is survived by her son, three daughters, son-in-laws and host of grandchildren. Her last rites were performed at Navagraha Cremation Ground in the presence of family members and well-wishers on Thursday afternoon.
