One held for fake appointment letter

GUWAHATI, June 6: Suman Bhattacharya, a resident from Dibrugarh staying near Bora Service in Guwahati now, was arrested allegedly for producing a fake appointment letter on Wednesday at State Secretariat, Guwahati. According to a source, the accused came to join as Junior Assistant in the Secretariat with a fake appointment letter. On examining the originality of the letter, the officials concerned could realize the falsification and immediately reported to the police following which he was arrested on the spot.
