One held with fake currency at Jorabat
Acting on a tip off, the police recovered Rs 12.5 lakh fake Indian currency from the possession of one Abdul Rezaque (37) at Jorabat. The accused was carrying the amount from Nagaon to Guwahati.

GUWAHATI: Acting on a tip off, the police recovered Rs 12.5 lakh fake Indian currency from the possession of one Abdul Rezaque (37) at Jorabat. The accused was carrying the amount from Nagaon to Guwahati.
Rezaque is a resident of Ahamedpur from Lakhimpur district and he has been detained in this regard.
