GUWAHATI: The Home and Political department passed an order under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 for the detention of L Sangita Rani of Manipur for one year. She was caught by the sleuths of Crime Branch from Kalashini Apartment, Solapara, Paltan Bazar on July 28, 2020.
