Panbazar police seized suspected brown sugar near Guwahati Railway Station

GUWAHATI: Panbazar police seized one polythene packet containing 29 plastic containers filled with suspected heroin. The seized plastic vials filled with heroin had been measured with plastic vials and found to weigh 37.81 grams. The police seized the suspected items near the Guwahati Railway Station. In this regard, the police apprehended Sahinur Begum (55) hailing from Alupatisar, district Barpeta. A case number 111/23 under Section 21(b) of the NDPS Act has been registered against her.
