Prime Minister Narendra Modi to address rallies in Moran, Gohpur today

GUWAHATI: The Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be addressing two rallies in Assam for his party Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) on Saturday in Gohpur under Tezpur Lok Sabha constituency and Moran under Dibrugarh Lok Sabha constituency.

Modi will address in Moran at 12:50 pm on March 30 at Polo Club Ground. He will campaign in Gohpur at 2:50 pm on the same day. Turnout in lakhs has been expected as the Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal is overseeing the preparations for the rallies himself.

Further on March 31, the Prime Minister will hold a video conference with the entire nation including 14 places of Assam, where he will interact with the common people. The video conference is a part of the Mai Bhi Chowkidar programme. The 14 Lok Sabha constituencies to be addressed by Modi in Assam include Karimganj, Silchar, Diphu Autonomous Council, Kokrajhar, Barpeta, Guwahati, Mangaldoi, Tezpur, Nagaon, Kaliabor, Dibrugarh and Lakhimpur.

Moreover, the BJP has released two election campaign songs Akou Aibar Modi Sarkar (Modi Government again this time) and Amiyei Chowkidar (We are the security guards) at their party office on Friday.
