Priyanka Gandhi Vadra visits Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: On the day of her visit to poll-bound Assam, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, gave a boost to the Congress' campaign in Assam by launching a protest, marking the party's disapproval against 'rampant unemployment' in the State. Before proceeding to the protest in Lakhimpur, Vadra visited the Kamakhya Temple and offered prayers on behalf of the Congress party. Assam Pradesh Congress Committee president Ripun Bora, MP GauravGogoi, among other party leaders were present during the visit. Earlier, she had received a warm welcome at the LGBI Aiport on Monday morning.
