Public Hearing on GUIDOL from March 2, 2020

GUWAHATI: “Dr. Justice Aftab H. Saikia Commission” constituted to inquire into the alleged irregularities as regards continuation of 21 numbers of unapproved courses in GUIDOL during 2010-17 as reflected in the CAG Report, on receipt of Written Statements with affidavit from various Organization(s), Association(s), individual(s), etc. shall commence Public Hearing with effect from March 2, 2020, on a day-to-day basis for 4 (four) days in a week (from Monday to Thursday), excluding notified holidays of Gauhati University between 10.30 a.m. to 01.15 p.m. and 02.00 p.m. to 04.15 p.m. at the Commission’s Office, Room No.A-001, G.U. Administrative Building, Gauhati University. The Organization(s), Individual(s) already filed Written Statements along with any other Organization(s) or Individual(s) interested with terms and references/issue raised before the Commission may also appear before the Commission for making Statements, giving evidences along with relevant documents, papers, records etc. Party/parties may also be represented by their engaged lawyers, a press release said.
