Replace NPS with earlier pension scheme: AAGNPSEA
At the call of the All Assam Government NPS Employees’ Association (AAGNPSEA) a convention was held in Guwahati on Sunday when a decision was taken to go for democratic agitations in support of their demand for restoration of the old pension scheme replacing the NPS (New Pension Scheme).

GUWAHATI: At the call of the All Assam Government NPS Employees' Association (AAGNPSEA) a convention was held in Guwahati on Sunday when a decision was taken to go for democratic agitations in support of their demand for restoration of the old pension scheme replacing the NPS (New Pension Scheme).
This has been stated in a press release by AAGNPSEA president Achyutananda Hazarika and principal secretary Partha Hazarika in a statement issued to the media on Sunday.
