Sadou Asom Sanmilita Shikshak Mancha demands to regularize contractual teachers

GUWAHATI: The Sadou Asom Sanmilita Shikshak Mancha has raised the demand for regularization of all contractual LP and UP school teachers of the State as per their experience.

In a statement issued on Thursday the Mancha mentioned that the State government should take special effort to regularize all contractual LP and UP school teachers. The entire appointment process of LP and UP school teachers should be done based on experience, if need be, by amending the service Rules, the statement said.

The various other teachers' associations and organizations like the Asom Rajyik Prathamik Sikshak Sanmilani, Sadou Asom Mojolia Shikshak Santha, Sadou Asom Moidhya Engraji Shikskyak Santha, Sadou Asom Buniyadi Shikkhyak Santha, Nikhil Boro Parthamik Shikshak Santha, Asom Junior College aru Karmachari Sanstha, Sadou Asom Uchchatar Madhyamik Shishak aru Karmachari Sanstha, Sadou Asom Parthamik TET Urtirna Shikshak Samaj etc have also been supporting the mancha on its demands.
