Sarbananda Sonowal visits hospital to see Zubeen Garg, Hemo Bharali

GUWAHATI: Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Saturday visited Nemcare Hospital and enquired about popular singer Zubeen Garg’s heath condition, who has been undergoing treatment in the ICU there since Friday. Sonowal who had come from New Delhi today after landing at LGBI Airport, directly came to the hospital, enquired about the singer’s health and talked to the in-charge doctors. Sonowal also enquired about the health condition of the centenarian freedom fighter Hemo Bharali who also has been under treatment in the same hospital.

Health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, former chief minister Tarun Gogoi, leader of the Opposition Debabrata Saikia and prominent people from different walks of life visited the hospital and wished early recovery of Zubeen.
