Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) observes National Unity Day in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: On the occasion of ‘National Unity Day’, the 143rd birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the officers, jawans and staff of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) Frontier Headquarters, Guwahati took pledge to preserve unity, integrity and security of the nation. The pledge was administered by Sarwan Kumar, Inspector General, SSB Frontier Guwahati who also briefed the contributions of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as an extraordinary leader who worked for unity of the nation, a communiqué said.
