SEBA announces date for filling forms, fixes exam fee

GUWAHATI: The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) has announced the date for filling up forms for appearing in the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC)/ Assam High Madrassa (AHM) exam, 2022 through the online examination portal (https://sebaregistration.in/).

Candidates have to fill up the forms from November 25, 2021 to December 18, 2021. The last date for challan registration is December 21, 2021. The last date for payment at Apex Bank is December 21, 2021. The date for online checklist correction is December 22, 2021 and the last date for checklist correction is December 31, 2021.

The examination fee for the candidates who are going to appear in the ensuing HSLC/AHM Examination, 2022 is Rs 650. The centre fee is Rs 300, practical exam fee is Rs 150 and annual recognition fee is Rs 800 (to be paid by the head of the institution).

As per the instruction of the Government of Assam vide notification no. PMA(S)25/2017/l20 dated 22/08/2019, the payment of fee is exempted for the candidates of government/provincialized and recognized venture schools whose family income from all sources is Rs 2 lakh or below per annum. The candidates who have not appeared in the half-yearly examination of Class X held in the month of October, 2021, will not be eligible to sit in the HSLC/AHM Examination, 2022.
