GUWAHATI: SEBA (Board of Secondary Education, Assam) made it clear that the HSLC (High School Leaving Certificate) examinations in 2023 will be conducted strictly as per the curriculum and syllabi, for 2022–2023, which have already been published and made available to all concerned, for all subjects, including Hindi (MIL).

It may be mentioned: the HSLC examination will start on March 3 and conclude on March 20. The practical exam will be conducted on February 24 and 25.

SEBA has prepared guidelines for the students and the subject teachers while preparing the project report for commerce practical for the HSLC examination, which will take place on February 25. According to the guidelines, the total marks for the commerce practical will be 30. For this, the students will have to bring two project reports and submit them on the day of their practical examination. Each practical report will carry 10 marks, and 5 marks for each project report are allotted for the viva voce of practical examinations.

Further, the students who have not prepared the project reports, they will have to do so at the time of the practical examination and submit them to the examiner on the practical day.
