Seminar on Assam-Tripura socio-cultural milieu in Gauhati University

GUWAHATI: A two-day seminar on 'Socio-cultural Milieu of Assam and Tripura through the Lens of Epics and Purans' is going to be held from March 25, 2021 under the aegis of the Department of Sanskrit, Gauhati University.

The seminar will be sponsored by the UGC (University Grant Commission). It was supposed to be held on March 25 and 16, 2020 but it could not be held due to the corona pandemic.

Some of the select research papers to be submitted at the seminar will be published in the form of a book.
