SI recruitment exam scam: Another accused surrenders
Another absconding accused in the SI recruitment exam scam surrendered on Tuesday.

GUWAHATI: Another absconding accused in the SI recruitment exam scam surrendered on Tuesday. Rakibul Islam surrendered before the court of special judge. The court remanded him to judicial custody.
On Monday, Nripen Nath – an accused in the scam who was also absconding– had surrendered before the court of special judge. So far, the Crime Investigation Department (CID) of Assam Police had arrested 40 people in the Sub-Inspector (SI) recruitment exam scam.
