State President Ranjit Dass remarks heavy polling as a good sign for BJP

GUWAHATI: The first phase of elections in the state concluded in the Tezpur, Jorhat, Dibrugarh, Lakhimpur and Kalibor constituencies on Thursday and the BJP State President Ranjit Dass commented that the party is guaranteed to triumph in all five seats. With the increase in the percentage of voters, with an average of 78.23%, Dass contemplated that this is a good sign that determines BJP win. He speculated that there is a good transfer of voters between the alliance party AGP and since the public desires a Modi government once again, the chances of emerging victorious reigns high.
