Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Guwahati Faculty To Go On Strike

GUWAHATI: In demand of longer contract tenures in place of the one year offered by the institute, faculty members from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Guwahati are planning to go on a mass leave from April 1. The protest was backed by the Students Union of the institute as the teachers explained their stand in a letter addressed to students of the university.
