STAFF REPORTER.GUWAHATI, July 3: The Basistha police on Tuesday arrested two teer gamblers – Madan Chandra Kalita and Sunil Swargiary from Lalmati. According to police source, the accused duo was selling teer tickets during the time of apprehension.
