Thief nabbed with Scooty in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A team of the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) from the Dispur Police Station on Sunday recovered a stolen Scooty (AS01EZ3068) from Ganeshguri, which reported stolen on May 30 last from near the Aaykar Bhawan here.

Police sources said that one Dipu Das of Christian Basti has been arrested while in possession of the stolen Scooty.

A case (1308/22 U/S 379 IPC) has been already registered in this regard.
