Three employees of NFR arrested in suicide case in Guwahati
With respect to the suicide of Sahib Ali, an employee of NFR (Northeast Frontier Railways), Jalukbari Police on Saturday arrested three other employees of NFR here.

GUWAHATI: With respect to the suicide of Sahib Ali, an employee of NFR (Northeast Frontier Railways), Jalukbari Police on Saturday arrested three other employees of NFR here. The three arrested persons are Diganta Medhi, Pankaj Kalita, and Sanjib Barman.
Police sources informed that following an FIR (First Information Report) filed by the family members of the deceased, a case (445/21 u/s 306) was registered. The family members had mentioned the names of the three persons in the FIR. Moreover, Sahib Ali had also mentioned the names of the trio in his suicide note.
The body of Sahib Ali was found hanging in his house at Katia Dolong in Jalukbari on April 13. After the arrest, a large section of the public of the area gathered at the premises of the Jalukbari Police Station. THey demanded examplary punishment for the three arrested persons.
