Training For Sector Officers of Lok Sabha Poll Held At Conference Hall of Deputy Commissioner

GUWAHATI: The training for zonal and sector poll officers in Kamrup (M) district was held on Sunday at the conference hall of the Deputy Commissioner. The zonal and sector officer of Dispur and East Guwahati LAC segments under the Guwahati Lok Sabha constituency took part at the training. Two ADCs – Bidyut Vikash Bhahawati and Nibedan Das Patowary – spelt out the rules and regulations to be followed by the zonal and sector officers during the election. Election officer Jimli Saikia Kakati also explained matters related to election at the training. Such a training for the Jalukbari LAC segment was held on Saturday. The training for West Guwahati LAC segment will be held on Monday.
