Two held for running IPL betting racket in Guwahati city

GUWAHATI: The Basistha Police have arrested two persons from Basistha for running an IPL betting racket in the city. The accused have been identified as Ravi Purbny (31) and Rinku Purbay. The police have recovered Rs 23,000, two mobile phones and one register from the duo's possession.
