Two paddlers arrested with brown sugar from Athgaon

GUWAHATI: Sleuths of the Crime Branch the City Police and Bharalumukh police arrested two drug paddlers with a huge quantity of drugs from Athgaon in Guwahati on Sunday. The two have been identified as Manna Roy (27) and Bhrubajyoti Nath (47), both hailing from Karimganj. The personnel recovered brown sugar in four soap cases along with a Swift Car (AS01DX8854) at Athgaon. Raiding their rented house at Bhetapara later, the police recovered 127 containers full of brown sugar.
