Ugratara Theft: Temple committee for NIA or CBI probe

GUWAHATI: The Ugratara Devalaya Managing Committee has decided to move the CJM Court, Kamrup(M) with a plea not to grant bail to the accused in the theft in the temple.

The managing committee met on Saturday and took a number of decisions. The meeting has also decided to move the Gauhati High Court for the conduct on the inquiry into the theft by the NIA or the CBI. It is also going to appeal to all advocates of the State not to help the accused in the case to ensure them bail.
