Vigilance Awareness Week observed at Guwahati Refinery
GUWAHATI: As per the directive of Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), Vigilance Awareness Week -2019 is being observed throughout the country from October 28 to November 2, 2019 with the theme “Integrity- A way of life”. As a part of it Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Guwahati Refinery, has chalked out various programs for its employees, school children, housewives and other stake holders to create awareness among the masses. A spot painting competition for Housewives of IOCL & CISF employees and women employees of IOCL & CISF was organized on Friday at Jubilee Hall at Guwahati Refinery Township, Sector-3. A total of 33 women participated in the event, where they presented their thought of Integrity in a beautiful manner with a combination of seven colors. At the same venue, online Integrity Pledge was administered by setting up KIOSK where all participants took the pledge in their preferred language and Certificates of Commitment issued by Central Vigilance Commission were handed over to participants, a press release stated.
